A compliance schedule is a legal document issued by the council (Territorial Authority), which lists the minimum service and maintenance requirements for the features of your building.

What is a Building WOF?
Building WOF is a formal statement from a building owner to the council that all required maintenance on your compliance schedule has been completed during the previous 12 months.
