Kevin Flatt: Building Safety Manager

Kevin joined the team in 2005 and is responsible for undertaking building inspections on behalf of building owners pursuant to Building Warrant of Fitness renewals as well as preparation of fire evacuation schemes.

Kevin is a proven performer and committed to continued professional development, with a view to being registered as a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP). He will complete a BRANZ certification in ‘Building Compliance Management for Independent Qualified Persons’ in 2006.

Kevin’s other passions include information technology and auto racing.
