Keith Flatt: Managing Director

Keith has been with us since 2001, having emigrated from the UK, where he served for 20 years in the British Army. Since joining Compass initially as a Building Safety Manager, Keith has gained a wealth of experience carrying out building inspections pursuant to Building Warrant of Fitness renewals as well as the establishment of Fire Evacuation schemes. Keith progressed to the role of Operations Manager due to his superior organisational skills. 

Keith has completed the BRANZ certification in ‘Building Compliance Management for Independent Qualified Persons’ and is an active member of the NZ Fire Protection Association’s Evacuation Scheme Consultants Chapter. 

His other interests include cycle road racing and windsurfing.
