John Bell (Bprop): General Manager

John has been with us since 1998, and has contributed greatly to the growth and development of the company. As well as having a Bachelor of Property degree and a sound background in property management, he is also a registered Independent Qualified Person (IQP).

John is driven to developing Compass New Zealand Limited as a market leader through superior customer service and a commitment to a value-added approach to building compliance and facility management. John also plays a key role in interpreting legislative change, as well as liaising with Local Authorities and Government Departments.

In his leisure time, John is a keen sportsman and a member of the New Zealand Fly Fishing Team.
